Ireland 5th best place to live!

A recent UN Development Programme report ranks Ireland fifth in a quality-of-life index. Better places to live are Norway, Australia, New Zealand and the US, while Ireland is ahead of Canada in eighth place, Germany in 10th place and the UK ranked 26th.

Ireland is one of 42 countries with a “very high human development” ranking based on indicators such as life expectancy at birth, which stands at 80.3 years; gross national income per capita, which is $33,078; and average schooling totalling 11.6 years.
